CNW-204 universal 10-spindle winder

The CNW-204 winding machine is designed for high-volume production of right- and left-handed layered coils, using wires with diameters ranging from 0.05 to 1.0 mm, wound on coil formers or cores. The number of winding spindles per cycle depends on the thickness of the wires being wound.

This machine is designed for industrial use and must only be operated by personnel trained in safe operation.

• The winding machine is equipped with a rotating beam with wire guides with a 90° rotation angle, which allows for wrapping leads in two planes.
• A linear changer is used to load cores or coil formers, feed them to the winder, and remove the finished coils. The changer can be equipped with a rotating beam with a 90° rotation angle.
• Interchangeable holders, dedicated to specific products, are used to hold cores or coil formers. These are custom-designed.

During standard operation, the CNW-204 winder operation consists of starting up, checking the correct operation of individual machine components, and supplying it with the necessary media (cores, carcasses – depending on the product, and wire – if the spool is empty).

Depending on the specific products being produced on the winder and any additional equipment, the process of removing products from the ZL-04 changer can be performed automatically (e.g., by dumping them into storage bins or by a manipulator) or manually by the machine operator.
