The APG-04 measuring and packaging machine is an automatic device that enables automatic checking and packaging of chokes in blister tape.
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a printer that prints on the chokes during their transport to the tape. The APG-04 measuring and packaging device operates in an automatic cycle.

Description
The process of operating the APG-04 machine during operation comes down to preparing and starting the machine, feeding pallets with chokes to the machine, replacing the tape and checking the correct operation of individual machine units.
Chokes are fed to the device in rails from where they are transported to the collection point by the gripper’s claws thanks to the vibrating feeder. The collected choke is transferred to the electrical measurement unit (in the option with a printer, a print is made on the element during transport).
If the measurement system detects a discrepancy, the coil is rejected to the container for non-conforming products. The compliant product is transferred above the lower tape, where it is inserted into its recess. After passing through the roller set, the chokes are packed between the glued together lower and upper tapes. The packed tape, thanks to the tape drive unit, is wound onto the receiving spool.
