The UCP-01 device is used for measuring, cutting and cleaning wire in enamel. The basic element of the device is a set of rollers transporting the wire.
Transport rollers unwind the wire from the spool. The programmed wire section is measured while the wire is unwinding.
After reaching the programmed counter status, corresponding to the required length of the section, the transport rollers are stopped and the cutting unit actuator is started.
The operation of the cutting unit is controlled by a microprocessor controller via two inductive sensors. The condition for continuing the measuring program is to cut off the measured section. Each cut off section is counted by the microprocessor controller and after counting the programmed number of sections, the device stops.
