The APG-05 automated measuring and packaging machine has been designed for automatic checking and packing of Z4 chokes into a tape.
Thanks to the use of different sockets, the machine allows for checking and packing different types of chokes. The device uses a laser system for measuring the angle of leads.

Description
The machine, thanks to its design, is able to perform many automated operations, consisting of performing a comprehensive inspection of packed chokes. Inductive elements intended for packaging are fed to the machine on pallets. Chokes picked up by the suction cup are placed in the first station, where the correctness of the core-coil gluing is checked.
Compliant products are collected from the inspection station and placed in a pile, where the angle between the leads is measured. The measured choke is then transferred to the electrical measurement station. The measurement system checks the inductance and resistance of the choke. If the electrical parameters are within the specified tolerance, the choke is inserted into the lower tape, to which the upper tape is glued.
The tape with packed chokes is wound onto a receiving spool. After each inspection, the product exceeding the specified tolerance is rejected into the container for non-compliant products.
