The NCJ-42/44 single spindle winder is a universal machine for winding elements on one spindle.
The NCJ-42 and NCJ-44 machines are used as basic machines in production plants or in service. These devices are microprocessor controlled and equipped with a color touch panel for communication with the user.

Description
The use in service is facilitated by the simplified mode of the winder operation. Advanced version of the machine software enabling the description of any sequence in the program: spindle movements, layer winding, guide movements, machine stop times.
Appropriate use of the software allows for the execution of coil beginnings, endings and tappings, if the shape of the carcass allows it. Programming can be done directly on the winder using the touch panel or using a PC. Up to 60 user programs can be stored in the winder, and up to 5000 on an external medium (flash drive).
As standard, the winders are equipped with a single wire guide. Depending on the needs, the device can be equipped with additional wire guides and several elements can be wound at the same time.
The winder tensioners can be equipped with additional sensors signaling the lack of wire on the spool or its breakage.
