NCJ-42

When your production demands more than standard precision—when heavy bobbins and large-gauge wires are involved—the NCJ-42 comes into play. This machine is designed to dominate the mid- to large-gauge winding segment.
- Duel with Thick Wire: With a powerful torque of up to 53 Nm, the NCJ-42 easily forms copper wires as small as 3 mm in diameter.
- Room for Giants: Forget diameter limitations. This machine can wind coils with an outer diameter of up to 450 mm, making it an ideal choice for manufacturers of large chokes and transformers.
- Uncompromising Stability: The 350-380 kg design guarantees vibration-free operation, even under maximum loads, ensuring perfect alignment of each wire layer.
A unique 7-speed gear ratio table allows you to instantly adapt the machine to your specific task.
Need speed? Select gear ratio 1 and achieve 8640 rpm. Require power? Gear ratio 7 delivers massive torque at 965 rpm.
A feed resolution of 0.01 mm, independent of gear ratio and speed, ensures the wire guide moves with precision that would make a watchmaker proud! Every coil lands exactly where it should.
An integrated electric heater unit allows coils to be wound with thermobonded wire. Hot air dissolves the binder layer directly during winding, creating a monolith ready for use immediately after removal from the spindle.
Ergonomics and Speed: The heater assembly is mounted on a linear guide, allowing for quick removal or precise adjustment of the blower angle relative to the spindle.
Pneumatic Support: Equipped with a pneumatic tailstock with adjustable clamping force (via a reducer), bobbin changes take seconds and bobbin mounting is always secure and centered.
Intuitive Interface: The color HMI touchscreen allows for full diagnostics and on-the-fly parameter editing, making machine operation simple and efficient.

NCJ-44
The NCJ-44 is a versatile, versatile, efficient, and precise single-spindle winder. This model is longer than its smaller cousin, the NCJ-42, allowing it to wind items up to 40 cm long!
The NCJ-44 model is ideal for businesses that value a proven design and need a machine for a wide range of tasks.

At the heart of this model is a three-axis XYZ feed manipulator, which moves thanks to precision ballscrews and servo drives.

- Precision: The insulation cleaning head uses centrifugal force to press the cutting arms against the wire. Cutting depth is adjusted using a micrometer screw, with one division being just 0.01 mm, and the optimal setting is just 5-10 μm below the wire diameter.
- Intelligent Tensioning: The automatic wire tensioner is controlled directly from the winding program. This allows for smooth tension force changes within a single cycle – different parameters for the first layer and different parameters for the leads.

NCJ-4x Series: Industrial Titan for Extreme Tasks
The winder’s simplified operation mode simplifies service. An advanced version of the machine’s software allows for the programming of any sequence: spindle movements, layer winding, guide movements, and machine stop times.
Proper use of the software allows for the creation of coil starts, ends, and detachments, provided the bobbin shape allows. Programming can be performed directly on the winder using the touch panel or via a PC. Up to 60 user programs can be stored on the winder, and up to 5,000 can be stored on an external storage device (flash drive).
The winders are equipped with a single wire guide as standard. Depending on your needs, the device can be equipped with additional wire guides and wind multiple elements simultaneously.
The winder tensioners can be equipped with additional sensors to signal wire shortage or breakage.
