The winder’s simplified operation mode makes it easy to use in service. The advanced version of the machine’s software allows for the programming of any sequence: spindle movements, layer winding, guide movements, and machine stop times. Proper use of the software allows for the start, end, and tapping of coils. A PC can be used to program the winder. The winder communicates with the PC via an RS232 interface. (Since RS232 is not standard on modern computers, a USB/RS232 converter can be used.)

They are adapted to the industrial production of details in quantities ranging from single pieces (prototype production) to several tens of thousands (short and medium-series production).

As standard, the winders are equipped with a single wire guide. A tailstock supporting the coil former can be purchased separately. The tailstock can be closed manually or pneumatically, respectively, NCJ-xKNR and NCJ-xKNP. The winder allows for the simultaneous winding of multiple coil formers on a common spindle. Such winding may require precise adjustment of the wire guide to each coil individually. This is achieved with the NCJ-PR guide with precise position adjustment.
