Description
The NCT-03 winder uses a solution that allows for obtaining wire tension of the most constant value possible.
This solution eliminates the harmful phenomenon of wire loosening in the winding cycle of one coil. It consists in using the appropriate control of the winder motor. This allows for obtaining a constant linear speed of the wire taken from the magazine, and consequently, even winding of the core with a constant wire tension.
The winder control is equipped with a joystick manipulator that facilitates the operation of the winder. The winding head is equipped with scissors to cut off the wire after taking it into the magazine.
We offer a taping head for the winder that allows taping of cores and transformers. The taping head is equipped with an automatic tape cutting system.
