Modernization of the Meteor ME301 winder
We modernize popular Meteor ME301 series winders. Modernization consists of complete replacement of drives and control. The spindle drive is replaced with a servo motor, which makes it possible to stop the spindle with an accuracy of 1 angular degree and smooth speed regulation. For feed, we use a servo stepper motor, which allows for precise feed coupling with spindle revolutions and high position accuracy. The winder is equipped with a color touch panel.
The controller allows the winder to operate in two basic modes (classic single-spindle winder) and, on request – in advanced mode (control with programming option, see NCJ-22).
