The NBS-01 machine is a 3-spindle winder designed to wind motor windings on specific packages.
The machine is equipped with a three-axis XYZ feed manipulator guiding the wire and a 6-axis KUKA industrial robot arm that transfers motor pole packages from the exchange sockets to the winding spindles and vice versa.

Description
The NBS-01 type machine is a 3-spindle winder designed for use in industrial conditions.
The NBS-01 consists of wire tensioners, wire insulation cleaners, a set of shears cutting the motor pole leads, an insulating sleeve feeder and a magazine for reels with insulating sleeves.
The machine operates in cyclical mode, after initiation by pressing the START button and after confirming with the button that the loading sockets are equipped with motor pole packages for winding, it performs a programmed cycle of winding the motor pole packages and then returns the wound motor pole packages to the loading sockets.
