Description
The device is equipped with a 3-axis XYZ manipulator guiding the wires. A rotating beam with wire guides is mounted on the manipulator. The mechanism allows the guides to rotate by 90°. This allows for wrapping leads in 2 planes.
Additionally, the winder is equipped with a set of wire clamps and optionally with cutting scissors. Interchangeable, custom-designed holders are used to attach the carcasses or cores. The spindles are driven by a gear that allows for obtaining two degrees of transmission. The device is equipped with a PC-type controller (in the industrial version) with the WINDOWS XP Embedded operating system. The winder is programmable with the ability to save settings for each product.
The winder system software allows:
- The recipient can change programs.
- It is possible to create new programs.
- User programs are password-protected. Changes can be made by authorized persons.
- Possibility of modification of the program during its operation.
- Possibility of working step by step (executing subsequent program lines).
- Ability to teach a sequence of movements.
