The UPK series glue dot application device is used to automatically apply a glue dot to products of any shape. The obtained glue dot is a gripping surface for pick and place machines using vacuum technology.

Description
The design of the machine allows for obtaining a glue point of a given length. The width of the obtained strip depends on the width of the applied adhesive tape. Thanks to the use of replaceable gripping and basing elements, it is possible to apply the glue point on a wide range of products.
The machine operates in an automatic cycle. The choke is taken from the pallet, transported and pressed against the cut adhesive strip and put back on the pallet.
