NCT type winders are used for winding windings on toroidal cores, and in particular for winding toroidal mains transformers.

Description
A characteristic feature of NCT winders is the constant wire tension during winding, which guarantees very high quality of the obtained winding and minimizes the risk of wire breakage during winding.
These winders were designed based on the most modern solutions in the field of drives and control. Thanks to this, a unique method of winder control was used, which allows maintaining a constant wire tension in each phase of winder rotation.
The NCT-02 winder uses a brushless DC motor to drive the winder. The magazine drive is independent of the winder, implemented using an induction motor with an inverter. The magazine brake is electrically controlled. The braking force is set electronically.
The winder can be equipped with various types of winding heads; data given in the table. A taping head can be attached to the winder, then the winder will function as a taping machine.
