The APG-01 measuring and packaging machine enables automatic checking and packing of electronic components and other similar products into T&R packaging (Tape and Reel).
The machine was made based on the blister closing module with self-adhesive tape from the UPG-10 device.

Description
Thanks to the use of replaceable gripping and base elements, it is possible to check and pack elements from a wide range. The gripper can be equipped with a head with a suction cup or a mechanical gripper.
APG-01 is equipped with a movable XY table, on which pallets with elements are placed. The device automatically picks up elements from the pallet, measures the inductance and resistance of the choke in the control station. This station cooperates with an independent measurement system, which reports to the device controller whether the element is good or not. A good element is transferred for packing, an incorrect one is rejected. The device is programmable, allows the creation of any work algorithms.
