The APG-06 automated measuring and packaging machine enables automatic measurment, checking and packing of MS50 and MS85 chokes into Tape & Reel.
The use of a servo drive on the gripper manipulator allows for quick and precise checking and packing of the choke.

Description
Thanks to the use of replaceable gripping and base elements, it is possible to check and pack elements from a wide range of products.
Inductive elements intended for packing are fed to the machine on pallets. Chokes picked up by the suction cup in the centring head are transferred to the electrical measurement station. The measurement system checks the inductance and resistance of the choke. If the electrical parameters are within the specified tolerance, the choke is inserted into the lower tape. After passing through the roller set, the chokes are packed between the lower and upper tapes glued together. The packed tape, thanks to the tape drive unit, is wound onto the take-up reel. A product that exceeds the tolerance is rejected into the container of non-compliant products.
The APG-06 measuring and packaging device operates in an automatic cycle.
