Single-spindle winders type NCJ-3X are universal machines for winding elements on one spindle.
They are adapted to the industrial production of parts in quantities ranging from a single piece (prototype production) to several tens of thousands (short- and medium-series production).

Description
NCJ-3X winders can be used as basic machines in production plants or in service. These devices are microprocessor controlled and equipped with a color touch panel for communication with the user.
The simplified mode of operation of the winder makes it easier to use in service. The advanced version of the machine software allows you to describe any sequence in the program: spindle movements, layer winding, guide movements, machine stop times. Proper use of the software allows you to perform coil starts, ends and taps. A PC can be used to program the winder. The winder communicates with the PC via an RS232 connection. (Since the RS232 connection is not standard in modern computers, a USB/RS232 converter can be used).

Additional equipment
As standard, the winders are equipped with a single wire guide. Additionally, you can buy a tailstock supporting the carcass. The tailstock can be closed manually or pneumatically. NCJ-xKNR and NCJ-xKNP respectively. The winder allows for winding several carcasses simultaneously on a common mandrel. For such winding, it may be necessary to precisely set the wire guide for each carcass individually. This is possible thanks to the guide with precise position adjustment type NCJ-PR.
