The UPG-10 machine is designed for manual packaging of products (such as induction elements) in a "blister" type tape - T&R (Tape and Reel) packaging.
The device is adapted for closing the carrier tape with an upper self-adhesive tape.

Description
The lower tape is driven by a disc with pins. The disc is rotated by a motor connected to a gear. Precise adjustment of the lower tape relative to the driving disc is provided by a slider. Adjustment of the tape guide width – micrometric screw. Operating the device comes down to placing the spools on the shaft on the left side, placing and securing the spools with the lower tape on the right side, inserting the lower tape into the guide rail.
The UPG-10 packaging device is equipped with software with a fixed algorithm of operation. The software allows the user to set characteristic parameters appropriate for the packaging operation, such as: tape feed counter, feed speed, unit tape stroke.
