The NLA-01 machine by NEOTECH is a device used for laser printing on various elements. The main working element is a class IV Nd:YAG fiber laser with an optical power of 20W.
Laser printing is the best way to ensure permanent (indelible) and legible marking, regardless of the surface and material. This ensures traceability and a professional appearance for your products.

Description of the NLA-01:
The NLA-01 type device is designed for use in industrial conditions.
It is used to perform laser printing on products made of ferrite, plastics, composites (e.g. with glass fiber), steel, etc.
The print is designed using the included software. The machine program allows both printing of one piece and simultaneous printing of many pieces (in practice, simultaneous printing of even approx. 100 pieces of details has been tested). The machine’s automatic cycle allows precise printing of subsequent individual pieces along with counting the number of products. The machine is equipped with:
Vibrating feeders: cylindrical and linear – details for marking can be fed automatically.
Drawer for precise pallets – details for marking placed in interchangeable pallets.
The NLA-01 machine is equipped with a self-cleaning system – consisting of, among others, a smoke/vapour extractor and air blowers directed to key places in the machine’s working area. This system reduces the need for operator intervention in the work area and significantly improves print quality.
NLA-01 contains a class IV laser device. For this reason, it is strictly forbidden to work without covers. The machine is equipped with a set of covers that protect against laser radiation and the covers are equipped with a sensor that turns off the laser printing module when the door or drawer is opened.
