The UCD-02 is a powerful, automatic industrial device designed for precisely straightening, measuring, and cutting steel wire into pre-determined lengths. The machine draws wire from a spool, then straightens it, and using a pneumatic guillotine, precisely cuts it into sections according to a pre-set program. Finished components are delivered directly to a receiving container, streamlining the production process.

Intuitive control is provided by a modern HMI touchscreen panel, enabling quick selection of work programs, setting cutting parameters, and making necessary adjustments. The UCD-02 is a reliable solution for companies seeking automation and consistent quality in steel wire processing.
The UCD-02 is built on a robust, load-resistant frame. The entire device weighs 49 kg, meaning it can be operated on a tabletop! The cassettes with straightening rollers allow for work with wires of varying diameters and ensure repeatability – the same shape of each wire section. The UCD-02 is equipped with an electronic safety device that stops the machine if the cover is opened during the operating cycle.
