The DK-04 device is a dispenser used to fill products with a two-component pouring adhesive composition.
This dispenser is a universal device, depending on the needs it is possible to dose different components for different products and in appropriate proportions.

DK-04 ADHESIVE DISPENSER
Description
The components of the adhesive are taken from the containers through the pipes to the dosing unit and then to the flow channels and the piston chamber in the pump plate. After the components have been taken into the piston chamber, the inlet valves are closed and the pump pistons lower down, extruding the grout through the open outlet valves to the mixer body.
In the mixer unit, the two components of the adhesive composition are mixed together and fed to the elements being filled with adhesive. The dispenser can be equipped with a dynamic mixer.
