Description
The obtained glue point is a gripping surface for transport units using the vacuum technique. This surface increases the certainty and holding force during transport and assembly of elements in target technological processes. The design of the machine allows for obtaining both a round and linear shape of the glue point.
The device consists of two basic parts placed on separate tables. The possibility of disconnecting both parts significantly facilitates the transport of the machine. The first part involves preparing the wire, winding the air coil, assembling and gluing the core, and temperature hardening of the glue.
The second part involves checking the core gluing, measuring the electrical parameters of the choke, applying and hardening the glue point, and receiving and inserting the finished product into the pallet. Both parts are controlled by their own controllers that closely cooperate with each other. The machine has a modular design.
The ADP – 400 machine is designed for the production of chokes with an internal diameter of ⌀4 mm, wound with 0.8 mm winding wire.
