The NCS-10 winder is a 5-spindle, automatic, microprocessor-controlled universal machine for professional winding applications. In NCS-10 stationary carcasses or cores mounted in a rotary changer are wrapped with a winding wire by rotating winding arms.

Description
In this type of winder, the product bodies are stationary and the wrapping is performed by movable winding arms. The use of a changer allows the exchange of wound elements during winding.
The winding program is created by the user from commands describing the movements of the spindles, the movement of the feed table, the position of the changer shaft. The appropriate combination of movements allows the wrapping of radial and axial connectors or carcass projections. The NCS-10 has test functions for checking the device’s components. The winder is perfect for the production of medium and large series of products.
