The UPK series glue dot application device is used for automatic application of a glue dot (UV glue) on products of any shape. The obtained glue dot is a gripping surface for pick and place machines using vacuum technology.

Description
The design of the machine allows for obtaining both a round and linear shape of the glue point. Thanks to the use of replaceable gripping and base elements, it is possible to apply the glue point on a wide range of products.
The UPK series machine for applying the glue point operates in an automatic cycle. Chokes taken from the pallet are transported to the tape. After placing the choke on the glue point, the tape is moved through the UV chamber to harden the glue. After passing to the collection zone, the choke is collected and inserted into the pallet. An electrical measurement of the element can be performed.
