We are experts in the production of precision coils and self-bonded antennas that are used in the most demanding industries.
To bond such inductors, we use two types of special wires, coated with a special varnish or glue: melted at high temperature (thermally bonded coils), or glue melted with a solvent, such as alcohol (bonded coils or self-bonded coils).
Our coils and antennas are ideal for inductive chargers, inductive sensors, automotive, consumer electronics, wireless systems, RFID and many other applications.
The production of each coil and each antenna is guided by the idea of the most restrictive requirements and standards of accuracy and repeatability. Thanks to modern technologies and precise processes, we achieve the parameters required by various customer projects.
We manufacture thermobonding coils and antennas to individual customer orders, according to the documentation provided or our own design developed for the customer’s needs. Below are the approximate ranges of mechanical parameters:
