We offer a continuous wire twisting operation (without cutting the wire), with a given twist density.
Twisted wires manufactured by NEOTECH is a component consisting of several copper (or other) wires twisted with a density specified by the Customer. It is characterized by increased flexibility compared to ordinary wires. It also reduces signal interference and crosstalk during transmission (in telecommunications applications).
Twisted wire is a very universal element used in many industries. It is used in telecommunications systems (data transmission, audio and video systems), control systems (robotics, medical equipment) and electronics (industrial or in household appliances as a flexible power or signal connection.

Twisted wire is made to individual customer orders, according to the documentation provided or our own design developed for the customer’s needs. Below are the approximate ranges of mechanical parameters:
