1. Production of audio / speaker / voice coils from various types of wires
🔹 Copper Cu wire, silver-plated CuAg wire, aluminum wire – round cross-section. Enameled, solderable, solderless, and sintered.
🔹 Flat wire / Ribbon,
🔹 Multi-strand litz wire.
We typically use wires with diameters ranging from 0.04 to 1.5 mm. Other solutions and designs are available upon request.
2. Various coil designs - tailored to individual project
🔹 Self-bonding air coils (e.g., thermally or electrically) – self-supporting. No need for bobbins,
🔹 Air coils wound on bobbins – including plastic, composite (e.g., with fiberglass), high-thermal-resistance composite, aluminum, adhesive, segmented, and sectional,
🔹 Single- or multi-layer windings,
🔹 High-power solutions (chokes – inductors used in amplifiers, coils for “large” speakers),
🔹 Various sizes and shapes – tailored to individual needs,
🔹 Coils with non-standard diameters, winding heights, and electrical parameters.

3. Processing and protection
🔹 Coil surface protection with Kapton tape, fiberglass tape, varnishing, and baking,
🔹 Gluing, wrapping, and additional protection – we use UV resins and two-component adhesives,
🔹 Lead stripping (cleaning),
🔹 Dip tinning,
🔹 Mechanical reinforcement, increasing vibration resistance,
🔹 Precision winding varnishing,
🔹 Heat treatment before final quality control,
🔹 Measurements and testing of geometry, dimensions, and electrical parameters.
