The air cored coils produced by NEOTECH are inductors without a core or carcass. They can be adapted for automatic assembly. Our main value is high quality – this is demonstrated by taking care of the high stability of our products’ parameters through precision of workmanship.
The air coils we wind are tailored to your technical requirements. They work perfectly as passive inductive elements of low inductance in electronics and as antennas in wireless communication systems, RFID, filters and high-frequency applications.

Surface Mounted Air Coils for Automatic Assembly
We specialize in the production of SMD and THT air-core inductors. We prepare them for automated assembly in SMT lines. At each stage of production, we use different adhesive dots tailored to customer requirements and component transport methods, ensuring stable component positioning during the pick-and-place process.
We also fulfill special orders and individual customer requirements, including winding air-core coils according to provided designs, ensuring full compliance with technical documentation and the highest precision.
This ensures that our SMD coils are fully compatible with modern automated electronics production systems, ensuring the assembly process is quick, accurate, and free from component damage.
