Because we have incredible personal charm! With us, you speak directly with the people who design and produce, not with a corporate sales force. At NEOTECH, you speak directly with the engineers who design, produce, and launch solutions—not with a salesperson who has to "ask headquarters."

No. We often begin working together without complete documentation. All we need is an idea, requirements, or a problem to solve. We'll work together to refine the rest—technically and without unnecessary formalities.
But it's important to note that specifics (design and documentation) definitely help and expedite the quotation process.
Absolutely! We value long-term projects and stable collaborations that allow for growth for both parties.
In many cases, we fulfill one-off orders, especially for machinery and from private clients. But we believe that a returning customer is a happy customer: that's why we favor framework, long-term, and even multi-year orders!
At NEOTECH, order fulfillment is a seamless process: from receipt to shipment, everything is under the control of our Procurement and Sales departments.
Standard lead times are heavily dependent on material availability – we will discuss these with you on a case-by-case basis. If necessary, we can arrange just-in-time deliveries or deliveries according to your schedule.
Transportation? Full flexibility – as agreed. It usually depends on the size of the order and the delivery.
Yes. We provide solutions for global corporations and OEM clients, including both machinery and electronic components.
Of course. The size of the company doesn't matter—what matters is the idea and the willingness to collaborate.
I think so. It depends. Private clients order custom models and prototypes from us – we love that kind of thing! But unfortunately, due to the small scale of production, unit costs can be high (the total cost of production preparation and production itself is broken down into a smaller number of products).

Yes. We work with clients worldwide. Our machines and components are exported far beyond the EU and beyond Europe altogether.

Yes! At NEOTECH, we provide full technical and commercial documentation, issue declarations of conformity and quality certificates. Documentation is also available in foreign languages (EN/DE) upon request. But our primary language is Polish.
If your client requires an audit, don't worry, we'll support you every step of the way. Supplier audits are also possible upon prior arrangement—that is, when you come to us to inspect our processes!
Oof, where do we even begin?
We have our own induction component production facility with modern production lines, our own machinery (dedicated machines – including our own production!)
High levels of automation and robotics in our own production, experienced production workers who can detect the slightest discrepancy, excellent quality control, and an ambitious team of engineers, automation specialists, programmers, and designers who can turn an idea into a working machine.

There are no such projects! 😎We handle both single prototypes and large-scale production. If something requires a non-standard approach, it usually means it's right for us.
Of course, it's possible that we won't reach an agreement on how to work together or that we won't be able to offer a solution to your inquiry – in such a case, you'll never be left without information and we'll contact you immediately.
Both! 😎 You can discuss inductance and losses, or deadlines and prices with us – we'll adapt the language to your needs.
When it comes to languages, we prefer Polish. But we also communicate orally in English and German, and in writing in French, Italian, Spanish, and as many other languages as the translator allows! But when in doubt, we prefer to find common ground, preferably in English.

We have been operating in the electronics and machinery industries for over 26 years.
