The history of NEOTECH began 25 years ago, but its roots go back 10 years - to 1989.

1989
The Innovation and Implementation Plant „BIATECH” Sp. z o.o. is established, a company producing machines and devices.
1998
Biatech has entered into cooperation with Neosid Beteiligungen GmbH.
1999
NEOTECH Sp. z o.o. is established by three members of the management staff of Biatech Sp. z o.o. together with Neosid Beteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG from Germany.
NEOTECH takes over and continues the long tradition and experience in the development, design and construction of machines for the production of induction components.
In its first year, NEOTECH Sp. z o.o. employs ten people.
2003
NEOTECH Sp. z o.o. is the representative office in Poland of Neosid Pemetzrieder GmbH & Co. KG – manufacturer of inductive components and ferrite cores.
2004
The company obtains a quality certificate in accordance with the German industrial standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
2008
Finalist of the Quality International 2008 Forum in the QI PRODUCT category – Top Quality Product.
2010
The company has obtained a certificate for the Management System according to ISO 9001:2008.
2013
Change of company headquarters.
2019
The company has obtained a certificate for the Management System according to ISO 14001:2015.
The company has obtained a certificate for the Management System according to ISO 9001:2015.
Currently
NEOTECH Sp. z o.o. develops and builds devices and special machines tailored to customer needs. In addition, it has its own design, prototype and large-scale production base of induction components on behalf of domestic and foreign companies.
NEOTECH Sp. z o.o. employs over 55 employees, of which about 20 people work in the design and development and machine construction departments and another 20 in the induction components production department.
The company has three business profiles:
Design, production and servicing of machines.
Production of induction components.
Representation of NEOSID Pemetzrieder GmbH & Co.KG on the Polish and Eastern European markets.
