NEOTECH at the 2nd Integration Picnic of the Białystok University of Technology

We combine science with business - NEOTECH at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering picnic

On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, NEOTECH participated in the 2nd Integration Picnic at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Białystok University of Technology. The event was an excellent opportunity to meet students just beginning their academic journey and to familiarize them with career opportunities in the industry.

During the picnic, participants had the opportunity to learn about the activities of companies collaborating with the Faculty, discuss future careers, and learn more about opportunities to gain professional experience while still studying.

We are pleased to be part of an initiative that connects academia with business and supports the development of future engineers. At NEOTECH, we believe that collaboration with universities and young talent is an important element in building competencies and developing a modern technical industry.

We thank the Białystok University of Technology for organizing the event and providing the opportunity to meet these future specialists!

NEOTECH is looking for new talents at the Białystok University of Technology

The 2nd Integration Picnic of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Białystok University of Technology was not only an opportunity to meet with the academic community, but also to establish valuable contacts and discuss the future of the technical industry. Such initiatives help build relationships between the university and the business world, help students learn about the realities of professional work, and demonstrate how knowledge acquired during studies translates into practice.

At the event, we represented NEOTECH, presenting our company and speaking with potential job candidates. We were looking for individuals who would like to develop their skills with us, and face-to-face meetings with students provided an excellent opportunity to learn about their interests, ambitions, and career plans. We believe that investing in young talent and building relationships with future specialists is an important step in the development of our company and the entire industry.
