We carry out both standard packaging in blister tapes (T&R, Tape and Reel), returnable or non-returnable trays and pallets (trays), bags, boxes, cartons, tubes, as well as dedicated – prepared by the client individual protective packaging, ensuring the safety of delicate components.

Tape and Reel (T&R)
“Blister-tape” or “tape and reel” packaging is typically used if the elements are to be assembled automatically. The tapes are adapted to the specific shape of the product and are disposable.
We use packaging machines with the ability to simultaneously measure selected electrical parameters. Alternatively, we have the option of semi-automatic packaging of non-standard products.
Rigid pallets - returnable
Reusable pallets made of rigid plastic are perfect for process operations, for transporting materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
Rigid pallets provide very high protection of elements during transport (both mechanical and atmospheric), but they are more expensive to make and at the same time make it difficult to adapt the pallet to changes in the product design.
Soft pallets - returnable and non-returnable
Pallets made of extruded film enable packing larger products, larger quantities of products and packaging, while maintaining high protection.
Stacking pallets into packages is a simple way to increase packing density. Depending on the construction of the pallet and products, packaging and/or unpacking of products can be done automatically or manually. Such pallets can be returnable or non-returnable, but their use cycle is shorter than rigid pallets.
Soft packaging
Soft packaging is an ideal solution when the products are strong enough to withstand minor inconveniences such as simple vibrations during transport. For this purpose, foil or polystyrene pallets or cardboard boxes filled with, for example, sponge can be used, and the products are packed loosely or placed in prepared niches.
Packing into such packaging is usually done manually (placed in niches) or mechanically (drop method, loose). Soft packaging is usually non-returnable.
Boxes and pallets
If the process or product requires it, packaging can take place in dedicated crates arranged in pallets. Such collective packaging provides very high safety – however, it also depends on the way the individual details are packed inside the crates.
Packing in crates significantly simplifies logistics on the customer’s side, but it is not always the most optimal solution in terms of costs – it depends largely on the unit size of the products and the size of the shipment. Typically, crates are returnable packaging.
Dedicated, target and special packaging
Zip bags, cardboard boxes with dividers, tubes, consumer (retail) packaging, ESD-Safe packaging. These and other means can be used in NEOTECH – just present your idea and we will help you implement it!
