przemys\u0142owych.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">S\u0142u\u017cy do wykonywania nadruku laserowego na detalach z ferrytu, tworzyw sztucznych, kompozyt\u00f3w (np. z w\u0142\u00f3knem szklanym), stali itp. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Projektowanie nadruku odbywa si\u0119 przez do\u0142\u0105czone oprogramowanie. Program maszyny umo\u017cliwia zar\u00f3wno nadruk jednej sztuki jak i jednoczesny nadruk wielu sztuk (w praktyce przetestowano jednoczesny nadruk nawet ok. 100 szt detali). Cykl automatyczny maszyny umo\u017cliwia precyzyjny nadruk kolejnych pojedynczych sztuk wraz ze zliczaniem ilo\u015bci wyrob\u00f3w. Automat jest wyposa\u017cony w:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Podajniki wibracyjne: cylindryczny i liniowy &#8211; detale do znakowania mog\u0105 by\u0107 podawane automatycznie.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Szuflad\u0119 na palety precyzyjne &#8211; detale do znakowania umieszczane w wymiennych paletach.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Automat NLA-01 jest wyposa\u017cony w system samoczyszczenia &#8211; sk\u0142adaj\u0105cy si\u0119 mi\u0119dzy innymi z wyci\u0105gu dym\u00f3w\/opar\u00f3w oraz z nadmuch\u00f3w kierowanych na kluczowe miejsca w obszarze roboczym maszyny. System ten ogranicza konieczno\u015b\u0107 ingerencji operatora w obszar roboczy i znacz\u0105co wp\u0142ywa na popraw\u0119 jako\u015bci nadruku.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 NLA-01 zawiera urz\u0105dzenie laserowe klasy IV.
