The number of winding spindles per cycle depends on the thickness of the wires being wound.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>This machine is designed for industrial use and must only be operated by personnel trained in safe operation.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The winding machine is equipped with a rotating beam with wire guides with a 90\u00b0 rotation angle, which allows for wrapping leads in two planes.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A linear changer is used to load cores or coil formers, feed them to the winder, and remove the finished coils. The changer can be equipped with a rotating beam with a 90\u00b0 rotation angle.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Interchangeable holders, dedicated to specific products, are used to hold cores or coil formers. These are custom-designed.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">During standard operation, the CNW-204 winder operation consists of starting up, checking the correct operation of individual machine components, and supplying it with the necessary media (cores, carcasses &#8211;
