NCJ-4.. single spindle winding machines are universal devices for winding components on a single spindle. They can be applied as a basic winding tool in production or service facilities. The machines are microprocessor controlled and equipped with a colour touch control display for user communication.
Appliance in service is facilitated by simplified mode of the winder. Advanced software version of the machine enables describing any sequence of: spindle movements, layered winding, wire guide movements, machine stops.
Appropriate use of software allows for making starts, endings and taps of coils, provided a shape lets it carcass. Programming of the winder can be done from a PC or on the spooler using the tactile panel.
In the spooler it is possible to remember the user to 60 programs, and on the outside carrier (pendrive) to 5000.
Standard equipment for the winder is a single wire guide.
Depending on needs it is possible to arm the device in additional a wire guide and to roll a few elements up simultaneously.
It is possible to arm tensors of the spooler into additional sensors signalling the lack of wire on the reel or breaking it.
