We offer a specialized operation of tinning sections of enameled copper wire in a continuous manner (without cutting the wire).<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Tinned wire produced by NEOTECH is characterized by precisely removed insulation and a layer of tin applied to sections defined by the Customer. This protects the copper surface from oxidation (compared to wire with removed insulation) and facilitates soldering. It is possible to define many different sections, of different lengths in one piece of wire.<\/span><\/p>

The insulation is removed and tinning is done continuously, which eliminates the need to cut the wire – the end result is a spool (typically) with tinned wire wound on it.<\/span><\/p>

This component has a very diverse application: primarily as a connecting element in electronic systems (on PCBs, in power supply systems, converters or as a “distribution rail”). It is also used where a stable electrical connection with low resistance and long service life is necessary (automotive industry, aviation, communication systems).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
