ODD-04 monofilament line unwinder for operation with NCJ-02 tool

   Using the unwinder feeding line allows for achieving high speed of unwinding and eliminating problems common for loose unwinding line from the spool. The spool with line is mounted to the vertical pivot. The line goes through grommet and stable line leading roller and then meets the roller mounted at moving arm. Task of the pendulum arm is comopensating temporary differences between speed of feeding the line from the reel and speed of receiving the line by the winder. The pendulum arm is linked to transducer of arm swing angle. Information form transducer is used for normalization of spool rotation speed. Line from spool on moving arm goes to another stable spool, then to the winder. The spool with line is driven by motor controlled by control electronics unit.
